SPA STAY
Check-in, switch off and make a night of it
A Spa Stay at Ffolkes is all about having the time to do it properly. You’ll have access to FFOLKESPA from noon on check-in until noon on check-out, so you can settle into the rhythm of Heat, Cool, Chill, Repeat without watching the clock. Thermal rituals are included throughout your stay and can be booked on the day on a first-come, first-served basis, so you can drop in, follow the flow and get more out of your experience.
You’ll stay overnight in one of our 16 bold, character-filled Spa Rooms, each with its own personality. Expect features like rooftop terraces, outdoor bathtubs, private courtyards, and playful extras like dartboards or even your own hot tub.
In the morning, it’s straight into our unlimited Brunch FEAST, with savoury favourites, sweet treats and made-to-order pancakes and eggs.
Spa Sessions
Escape for a few hours at FFOLKESPA
Spa sessions are built around our signature rhythm, Heat, Cool, Chill, Repeat, a feel-good cycle designed to reset your pace and lift your mood.
Choose from a Half-Day Spa with Treatment, Half-Day Spa or Twilight Spa, all with full access to 12 thermal experiences across four zones. All half-day spa packages also include our thermal rituals, designed to guide you through the circuit and help you get more from every moment.
Half-Day Spa includes four hours in the spa and a feast in the pub, served after your session. Half-Day Spa with Treatment extends your time to five hours and includes a 45-minute treatment, access to Zen, and your feast after your session. Twilight Spa is a shorter evening option, with three hours to unwind from 6pm to 9pm.

You might be sipping a cocktail in the giant hot tub one minute, then catching your breath after a plunge into ice-cold water the next. That contrast between hot and cold is what sets us apart. It's energising, addictive, and all part of the Ffolkes House of Fun.
Some spaces are calm and quiet. Others are made for stretching out, chatting with friends and soaking up the atmosphere.
Treatment Menu
Zen
Zen is upstairs at FFOLKESPA, a quieter energy built for serious chill.
Start in the pre-treatment lounge to ease into the mood. After your session, drift into the post-treatment lounge and sink into a waterbed. It’s soft, slow and calm, the perfect contrast to the buzz of the spa below you.
Zen has four treatment rooms, offering 45-minute sessions including glow-up facials, full-body massages and pregnancy-friendly options. You can also book our 90-minute Zen Combinations, two 45-minute treatments paired together for deeper switch-off.
Treatments are £65 for 45 minutes, or £130pp for a 90-minute Zen Combination, and can be booked with any spa day or stay.
